Facing the following error: packages cbPalette

Please let me know which R version need to install for package cbpalette.

Facing the problem while installing R Package as attached issue.

install.packages("cbPalette") Warning in install.packages : package ‘cbPalette’ is not available (for R version 3.4.1)
