Unable to compile a custom vector allocator

I am following this link to write a custom allocator for a std::vector. The issue is the program is unable to compile and throws a template argument 2 is invalid typedef Allocator<U, typename AllocationPolicy::rebind<U>::other> other; error. Kindly help.
