My task is to draw such a shape. The center of the circle lies at the point (0, 0), the radius of the circle (a) and k are user-defined values. Based on this data, I need to draw a shape like this one from the image, and also I need to get a formula by which I can determine whether a point belongs to the drawn shape (or lies on its border). I can use only the graphical tools of WINAPI. I have been thinking about this task for several hours and still have not found the optimal solution. I would be grateful for the tips!
