Code changes in window machine but it should reflect in Linux machine

Suppose I am doing C++ code changes in Windows machine having Editor Source Insight but what all the files I have changed or lines of code I have changed that all should reflect in Linux Machine .How should I do this . Is there any script needed or how should I do this? Thanks For the Help in Advance.
