Cpp file and exe file giving different result.

I am using turboc++. I made a software in which there is a part where calculation is done with input taken from a dat file and result is shown on screen. When I run the program from within the compiler the output was correct but when ran it from exe file produced, it was giving different result. I made it print the inputs taken but they were same in both case but somehow I am getting different result. Calculation includes finding max and then subtracting. Help me solve this issue. Thanks
