Which Technology we need to choose for New C++ Project ? Visual Studio IDE Latest version VC++ OR C++ Latest Embarcadero, RAD Studio IDE ? [on hold]

Our Existing Project: We have existing project in Embarcadero® C++ Builder® XE Version Our Architecture is combination of C++ and XML Files. For GUI We are using VCL Library. VCL Library GUI Control are bind with XML File.

New Project: We want to Re-Design Existing Project and Change Architecture of Application of EXISTING PROJECT Which is in Borland C++/VCL Library ( Embarcadero RAD XE). We want Very nice GUI looks and feel and Overcome limitation of Existing Architecture.

According to your though which will be better choise for New C++ Project ?

1) C++/VC++ with Visual Studio, MFC GUI/Third Party custom GUI Controls with great look

2) Use Embarcadero C++ Builder Latest Version ? Using this IDE and latest VCL will be good choise?
