Wondering if some university/online course site offering courses that either use Alexander Stepanov's "Elements of Programming" book or a course that is inspired from his book or courses that are at least tangentially related to the material in his book.
To be clear: I am aware of his series of Video Lectures - that he gave at Amazon, that are available on youtube.
I am asking for other courses that Dr Stepanov himself (not likely) or others might have taught on the same topic.
