Calculating Memory overhead with the binaries files generated for two different ISA

I have generated elf file from cpp code for CISC and RISC architecture(using GNU-RISCV cross compiler) on Linux machine. I want to calculate how large is the memory overhead of those two ISA. Any suggestions on how can I calculate it?
