Which function I have to use for converting a video into black and white in C/C++ programming? [closed]

I have to convert a video clip into a black and white clip by a C/C++ program. What functions can I use for that and for all other video processing techniques in C/C++ programming ?? I've used stb functions to convert an image to black and white. Kindly help me on this as I'm new to image and video processing
