Max Length of a function in c++?

So I am working on a server-client project. I am calling the sendPhoto method, the length of ARGS is 245143

This method is being called above, However when I print the length of arg here it is not the same as ARGS(245143)

Because of this I am not able to retrieve my picture/image from the server since some of bytes are missing. Please help me thanks
