Which Kit to choose when compiling a c++ 11 program in VSCode in Ubuntu?

I'm trying to use VSCode to develop a cmake based project. I'd like to select the Kit from VSCode, but I have several options, I'd like to see which option to choose for my c++11 project?

If I don't select any Kit inside VSCode but just run cmake in my ternimal, whichi kit is choosed?
