I know people create bots and whatever to perform certain tasks. I would like to know what languages I need to learn and do to be able to find and connect all info online about things. I would like to build a high specific search engine that when I search it can transcribe video content and pull info from 404 sites that have been shut down. I know I will need a little bit of AI to do this. I just want a rough outline on what to do.
