Book or blog about STL implementation [on hold]

I want to learn how STL is implemented on educational purpose. Is there any books or blogs with recommendations or general approaches to implementing STL?

I've found a book The C++ Standard Template Library by Alexander Stepanov and Meng Lee, but it was published in 2000, and doesn't include c++11.
