Does modern cpp have API for data unit calculation like std::chrono::duration

Since c++11, c++ includes support very usefully time utilities like std::chrono::duration, and helper types like seconds, milliseconds, etc.

Is there something similar but for data size, something like data_unit, and helper types kilobytes, megabytes ?
