Managing two monitors in my program

I'm quite new in programming and i'm curious,is this possible, to use windows functions like switching between monitors, just by using my program, not manually by hands..

Tried google and this site search for couple hours,found nothing for such simple like "second monitor only" or "duplicate", only complicated stuff like make one screenshot from 3 monitors simultaneously.As a beginner, just want get access to one of these:(watch screenshot)

Simple functions which have everyone with Windows 10 pressing Alt+P
