Getting the below error on visual studio 2017 for __declspec( thread )

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __tls_array error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __tls_index

C/C++ compiler option /Zc:threadSafeInit- didn't resolve these symbols.
