Why C++ compiler is more in size?

I am using C++ compiler (in windows 7) only for the simple programming along with armadillo and eigen as an alternative of Matlab. I am just wondering if there is any c++11 compiler available with 100MB or small size? Currently my C++ compiler folder size is +1.1Gb in windows 7.

For simple c based program, I am using TCC 64 bit. Is there similar distribution available which can be used with armadillo and eigen?

(I am using very old PC for the programming purpose, as it was allotted to me, hence I am using a USB drive to make a portable version of this)
