how to capture a single frame from a webcam and store in a buffer reader(RAM) and display it [closed]

I want to do this without using OpenCV functions. I saw many codes in GitHub related to this but they are all in Linux and I have no knowledge of Linux OS

I want to to in windows and in C/C++
