I can't click on Winbgim

Everyone let me ask. Although I don't have any function input from the table, when I press a key, my program doesn't receive any clicks since then. Please give me a solution. I use Winbgim.h library on DevC++

I tried for getch() but doing so it slows down the program. I tested this in project of senior but it's ok.
