finding angled text using pdfium

I am trying to find the angled words/letters in a pdf using pdfium. I was going to use trying to use FPDFText_GetMatrix (which appears in the http://ift.tt/1mNBl9E foxit guide) but it doesn't appear in my version of pdfium (my version is recent). Is it in some special version of pdfium? Or is there another way to find all angled text, and preferably at which angle the text is angled?
