C++ circular dependecies using cytoscape?

I want to detect circular dependencies (100,000 lines of C++ code...). I'am using understand 3.11. It allows to export all the dependencies in cytoscape. How to use this tool (v3.4 on Windows) in order to identify the enter image description heremutual dependencies between nodes ?
