g++ linking error with 4.9.2 version

I am getting the following error while trying to link :

fatal: relocation error: file testvectrdwr: symbol _ZNKSt8__detail20_Prime_rehash_policy11_M_next_bktEj: referenced symbol not found

My compilation command is:

g++ -std=c++11 -g testvectrdwr.c -o testvectrdwr -L/homes/build/gcc-4.9.2-full/lib -lstdc++
