C++: Boost regular expression error

I am new to C++ and boost. I am just trying to study about them. Now I am trying to read a file and get the values of that file, to create an employee data structure. The file following template of entries:

EM23, sam, 26, 34000

To do so, I splitted the string using split() is boost. Then I have to validate the inputs from the file.

I tried to do so by using a regular expression. But it gives me an error. Following is my code:
