Automatically rewrite all function declarations to use trailing return types?

Is there any tool like 'clang-tidy' that rewrites all function declarations to use the new C++11 function declaration syntax?

I have looked into clang-tidy, but coulnd't find it. Are there any other tools or have I missed the option in clang-tidy?
