What I will be missing if I buy C++ Primer 4 Edition?

I am learning C++ and started from internet. Then I heard about C++ Primer by Lippman and wanted to buy it's 5th Edition. But it is not available right now and 4th edition is still available.So what if I buy 4th edition which cover c++ 03 I assume as compared to 5 edition which is updated for C++ 11.
