C++ / OpenGL Adding Multiple Objects to Buffer

I have a 3D array of "Blocks" in a "Chunk", and I'm trying to figure out the best process for rendering them.

Currently, the most simple solution is to have a translation matrix and I render one block, then apply a translation, then call render... but this is definitely not optimal. How do I add the Blocks to a buffer with an offset?
