I cannot make and make install in windows as the steps are give in installation instruction

By Executing the cmake -DENABLE_AUTOMATIC_INIT_AND_CLEANUP=OFF .. according to the instruction in mongodb I got the output which was desired -- Build files have been written to: C:/Users/simon/mongo-c-driver-1.13.0/cmake-build

But when executed the make it has given me the output as make make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

please help to go through this.
