What is a good book to transition from C++98 to C++11? [on hold]

I have seen the definitive guide on the forum The Definitive C++ Book Guide and List

But that did not help answer my question.

I have a good working knowledge of concepts in C++98, but now I want to transition to C++11 and get better in concepts such as those in the Standard Template Library. I am looking for a book that does not go back to the basics of C++, but insteads builds up on the concepts of C++98 and teaches C++11. Any recommendations?
