Activation of c++11

I have codeblocks 17.12, mingw setup, from the official website, yet it still says ,,Have g++ follow the COMING c++11''. I had an older codeblocks before, could this be the problem? If maybe not everything was deleted from the old one.

I have repeatedly downloaded the latest version and no progress.
