Transmission Range of RSU in ns3

I am trying to implement RSU - Vehicle communication using ns3- and traffic simulator SUMO. I used Traci for ns3-sumo-coupling. I would like to know the transmission range of the RSU if it was set to 20 dBm according to google the transmission range is approximately 400 meters is it the same on ns3?
