How to get Boost::unit_test::framework::master_test_suite feature in python?

I am going to migrate the C++ project (which is completely implemented using Boost::unit_test::framework::master_test_suite) to python.

I am not able to identify similar option which is provided by boost::unittest framework.

example:

1. Test automation and reporting
2. Result logs in xml format

Please provide workaround to implement same feature in python.

If possible provide example code.
