Coding 'week beginning' in C++

I have to do a project which is a payroll in C++.

In that payroll, I have to output the 'week start' and 'week end' dates at the top of each payslip. I am unsure of how to code this part. I'm guessing I have to #include ctime. But not really sure to be honest.

Any help would be much appreciated.
