After reading C++ Primer

First of all I'm not sure if I'm asking in the right place but... I was thinking what book I should get after reading and learning "C++ Primer" if I want to get into C++ game development and game engines. I want to learn modern and efficient techniques for building my own 3D physics game engine.


What do you think about for example "Game engine architecture second edition" is it okay after C++ primer? Does it provide any source code examples? Or should I consider something else? All tips are welcome!
