C++ Windows Compiler for thread,mutex

Which C++ compiler currently has complete C++11 support on windows platform?

MinGW g++ does not support std::thread out of the box. I've wasted several days trying to make my project implementing thread and mutex but couldn't compile on code blocks.

I'm working on windows 10 64-bit
