a complete professional voting program [on hold]

I need help making a program that record the votings as follows every voter should vote for only three candidates and the first one he/she choose will take 5 points and the second will take 3 point and the third chosen will take one point if you can make the code for this with some extras, like displaying the candidates names like buttons, that would be better

i hope this seem clear for everyone and if you can make this program works like programs on windows i mean with out hitting compile and run , i will so gratefull to you
