Visual studio header working weird

I included memory header. And then I typed unique_ptr, it was highlighted but it says cannot find symbol so i used bits/unique_ptr.h.

Same thing occured to other headers, like utility.

There was no error to some headers that was in pch.h. But I setted project property to not use precompiled header. Why this is so weird?
