cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option "-std=c++11" g++ 4.9.2

I've read the questions with the similar title. The answers are that -std=c++11 can be used from g++ version 4.7

Mine is:

$ g++ --version
g++ (GCC) 4.9.2
Copyright (C) 2014 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

This is on a computer cluster so I do module add module add gcc/4.9.2

My makefile is generated with cmake.
