Which book covers more ground C++ Primer or Programming:Principles and Practice using C++?

I am restarting my learning of C++ from beginning and so finally came to two books:

1. C++ Primer by stanley Lippman
2. Programming:Principles and Practice using C++ by Bjarne Stroustrup

so, I want to know which one is better book and covers more ground. Also I want to know does Programming:Principles and Practice using C++ by Bjarne Stroustrup covers OOPs because I can't see it in content list.
