Porting hash_map/hash_set implementation to unordered_map/unordered_set

I have some legacy code which has _gnu:cxx::hash_X implementation. I'm trying to replace them unordered_x. Any suggestions/tip? For sure, it doesn't seem like a straight forward implementation (find and replace).
