Werror while installi,g opencv 4.0.1 on ubuntu 18.10 with GNU 8.2.0

I was on Ubuntu 17.10 with OpenCV 4.0.0, and I updated my Ubuntu to 18.10 (for compatibily reasons with other software). But then, I purged everything, and now, I can't install OpenCV on my system. It displays many errors.

I tried to install OpenCV 4.0.1 with the GNU 8.2.0 (updated with the 18.10's Ubuntu version) and when I do the cmake, it gives me the errors below.
