How do I update the packages of cygwin without uninstalling/reinstalling cygwin for c++?

I just installed Cygwin for C++ in Echlipse, but after installing I realized I forgot to include one package that was necessary. Is there any way to add a few extra or uninclude a few packages after I installed Cygwing?
