The C++ compiler does not support C++11 [closed]

I am trying to build cmake-3.19.3 but I keep getting this error that my compiler does not support c+11. I have tried searching on how to fix it and I see that some people say you have to add something to your CMakelists.txt file. Underneath is my cmakelists file, I put it in a pastebin because it's very long.
