C++ undefined behaviou on Ubuntu

i am new to linux and ubuntu, i compiled a c++11 program which basicly lets the user input some number with cin and creates as much txts with unique strings as the number. On windows everything is fine, on linux with codeblocks and g++ everything goes fine aswell in the ide. I can start the programm, tpye in, everything gets created etc.

Now if i execute the executable which gets compiled it does not open a command line so there is no input way and creates non stop txts which can crash the whole system in a minute, first time i had to resetup ubuntu, now i tried it again and was able to shut down the pc fast enough so i was able to delete the folder with tons of lags.

Do you know how this is possible? From my point its not necesarry to post the code, because its definitly correct, tested on different compilers in Windows and executes fine in the ide on linux so it has to be some ubuntu / linux / codeblocks compiling issue...
