How to deternine an object position using qr code?

I have an object which I sticked on it a QR code (it points upwards). I have a robot with a camera (points downwards), the robot moves over the code and must determine the position of the object (exactly on the QR code with the correct orientation) I m programming thee robot on QT. Any tricks to do this ?
