I keep getting an error "9:1: error: expected unqualified-id before 'using'". I have tried things like 'using namespace std" but the error prevails [closed]

I have tried to insert code like "using namespace std" as initializer, and other basics. However the error prevails. The idea of this code is to create an autorun sequence for the program, however the initial [autorun] command used was having trouble so I replaced it with this. What can I do to initialize this code? Thank you for any help you can give, it is much appreciated.
