C++ Standard Explained

I started going through the C++14 standard draft copy. It is so hard to read and understand. I know the standard is ment for compiler/library writers. Also, while writing code, developers also be making mistakes(like Undefined behavior...). I had been through couple of books, but books on C++ doesn't talk about the standards.

Just wanted to know any resource which explains the C++ standard by giving senarious and examples?
