How to create CSG Library?

Is there anyone here who can teach me how to create a CSG library. There were a lot of opensource libraries out there but honestly I don't understand a single thing. I tried to download the zip file in this website. --> http://ift.tt/2dFzRat and run it using Visual Studio 2015 but it gives me a lot of error. I also check out youtube but I can't find any useful videos. .What I want is a CSG Library that could compile in 64 bit using visual studio 2015. Thank you so much guys. -JF
