Issues Regarding C++ Code on Lynda

I have been using Eclipse Neon for C/C++ for Mac OS X and am facing few problems. In there earlier part of the video the instructor told to update the compiler to GCC 4.7.0 in order to use C++11 features. After I did that I am having problem running almost every code since.But I also want to use C++11 features. Any help would be highly appreciated. These are the problems I have been facing:
