Multiple CSV files to a table to a text file - C++ [closed]

I have multiple CSV files and I would like to create a table or read each CSV file as a table. Depending on the data of the table/CSV data - I want to output a single text file.

Can you please help me out or point me in the right direction?

I am using C++ 11.
