Does Visual Studio 2013 supports c++11

I am trying to compile dlib library code in windows 7 MS Visual Studio 2013, but its gives an error "dlib versions newer than v19.1 use C++11 and therefore require Visual Studio 2015 or newer". How to resolve this error ?
